You’re missing the point, theChive is all about making the world 10%…

I think people has a bit different opinion in Iraq, Afganistan…etc. When was the last time someone attacked the US f.e.? Why do u support people who participates in a war which is clearly for profit? 

But okay, let’s support “soldiers who are defending home”. Maybe i missed it, but when was the last time You made a post about sirian or palestine soldiers who are actually and literally fighting for their freedom?

American freedomS? I think it’s not a freedom, where people can get into jail because they show the world the truth (wikileaks). Or when secret service can bring you in even if you are in a totally different country. Controlling internet? We can make a pretty long list.

For the record America is a continent not a country. Since some country has still dictatorship, we can’t speak about “American freedoms”.

I agree that theChive is a great website, but please don’t tell me that military is only for defence. I don’t see a point in supporting people whom take lives.
